项目在本地区的作用与地位：充分利用水稻主产区和蚕桑主产区特点，发挥原料丰富，气候适宜的优势，培育云南省内最大的食用菌生产、加工基地，解决农村剩余劳动力和农民剩余劳动时间，带动当地农业和农村经济发展。
建设地点的自然条件和社会经济情况简述：陆良县是一个农业大县，属北亚热带高原季风型冬干夏湿气候区，冬无严寒，夏无酷暑，秋凉湿润，降雨集中，干湿分明，昼夜温差大,年均气温14.7℃，≥10℃活动积温4436.3℃，无霜期249天，年日照时数2239.1小时，年太阳幅射量125.2千卡/cm2，年均降雨量976.3mm。境内三面环山,海拔1840-2687m。全县总人口62 万人，城市面积14km2，城市人口14万人。县域经济十分发达，现具有造纸印刷、建材、化工、茧丝绸、农特产品为主的县域地方特色工业体系，是云南省投资较好的县市区之一。

项目前期准备工作及进展情况：年栽培食用菌60—100万平方米、4000万袋左右，年产5000万公斤以上。栽培品种有平菇、双孢菇、金针菇、鸡腿菇、杏孢菇等，以平菇和双孢菇为主，占80%以上。
项目主要原料、燃料及其它原材料供应情况：水、电供应正常，城区民用供应正常。陆良县年水稻播种面积16万亩左右、玉米6万余亩，拥有10万亩蚕桑基地，全县每年近3000多万公斤稻草、3000多万公斤玉米杆以及7000万公斤桑条资源等，稻草、玉米杆以及桑条可种植平菇、双孢菇、金针菇、鸡腿菇等多种食用菌。
项目对环境的影响：食用菌加工是当地粮油种子产业和蚕桑产业的衍生产业，变废为宝，是创新绿色农业、生态农业链的最好项目。

Brief Description of the Project: The project is to rely on the local agreeable climate and abundant raw materials to vigorously develop edible mushroom planting, and introduce enterprise to lead the local people to develop industrialized operation of edible mushroom.

Roles and Status of the Project in the Area: It is to fully take advantage of the characteristics of main rice producing areas and mulberry growing and silkworm raising areas, play the advantage of abundant raw materials and agreeable climate, foster the largest edible mushroom production and processing base in Yunnan Province, address the surplus rural labors and surplus labor time of the farmers, and promote the development of local agriculture and rural economy.
Brief Introduction to the Natural Conditions and Socioeconomic Conditions of the Construction Site: Luliang is a large county in terms of agriculture. It is located in northern subtropical plateau monsoon-type winter dry and summer wet climate area. There is neither severe cold in winter nor scorching heat in summer, and the autumn is cool and wet, with concentrated rainfalls, and clear distinction between the wet season and the dry season. There is great temperature difference between the daytime and the nighttime. The average annual temperature is 14.7℃, ≥10℃ active cumulative temperature is 4,436.3℃, the frost-free period is 249 days, and the annual sunshine time is 2,239.1 hours, the annual sunlight radiation volume is 125.2 kilocalories/cm2, and the average annual rainfall is 976.3mm. The county is surrounded by mountains in three sides, and the elevation is 1,840-2,687m. The total population of the entire county is 620,000, and the urban area is 14km2, with an urban population of 140,000. The county economy is quite developed, and there is an industrial system with local characteristics, mainly papermaking, printing, building materials, chemical, silk and agricultural produces. It is one of the few counties, cities and districts with favorable investment environment in Yunnan Province.

Preparatory Work and Progress of the Project: It is to grow 0.6 ? 1 million m2 and about 40 million bags of edible mushrooms, producing over 50 million kilograms annually. The varieties to be cultivated include Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.ex Fr.) Kummer, Agaricus bisporus, Flammulina velutipes (Curt.:Fr) Sing, Goprinus comatus (Mull.exFr.) S.F.Gray and Pleurotus eryngii, etc., mainly Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.ex Fr.) Kummer and Agaricus bisporus, accounting for over 80%.
Supply of Main Raw Materials, Fuels and Other Raw Materials: Water and electricity is normal, and the utility supplies in the downtown are normal. The annual planting area of rice in Luliang County is about 160,000 mus, while that of corn is over 60,000 mus, together with 100,000 mus of silkworm mulberry base. Every year, the entire county produces over 30 million kilos of rice straw, over 30 million kilos of corn straw and 70 million kilos of mulberry wicker resources, which can be used for planting several edible mushrooms, such as Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.ex Fr.) Kummer, Agaricus bisporus, Flammulina velutipes (Curt.:Fr) Sing, Goprinus comatus (Mull.exFr.) S.F.Gray and Pleurotus eryngii, just to name a few.
Environmental Impacts of the Project: Edible mushroom processing is a derivative industry of the local oilseeds industry and silkworm raising industry. It is to turn wastes into valuable articles. Therefore, it is the best project for creating green agriculture and eco-agriculture chain.
Estimated Investment: The total investment of the project will be 50 million RMB, including 40 million RMB fixed assets and 10 million RMB working capital.
Preliminary Analysis about Economic Returns: The annual sales revenue will be 35 million RMB, and the annual net profits will be 8.57 million RMB. The internal rate of return will be 21%, the rate of return on investment will be 17%, and the payback period will be 5.8 years.
