工艺技术方案简述：活猪宰前淋浴，经二氧化碳致昏后放血；进入剥皮机剥皮；剥皮后进入吊挂线取出肠胃，进行旋毛虫检验取样；合格胴体扯去板油，取下肾脏，过磅计量；剔骨分割间胴体冷却；相关产品加工。

项目主要原料、燃料及其它原材料供应情况：陆良县生猪出栏150万头，年外调生猪50万头。现已建成年出栏优质肥猪万头以上规模养殖户3000多户，为项目运行提供了充足的优质原料。
项目对环境的影响：项目投产后产生的污染主要有加工厂机械运转产生的噪音、生产与生活废水、锅炉产生的废气、待宰圈的粪便及屠宰厂肠胃内容物等。通过工艺处理，无不良环境影响。

Brief Description of the Project: It is to slaughter 1 million heads of pigs, processing 40,300 tons of downstream meat products.
Basis for Implementation of the Project: “Several Suggestions of the People’s Government of Yunnan Province on Developing Animal Husbandry as an Important Industry in National Economy” and “2002-2010 Plan of Luliang County on Industrial Development of Animal Husbandry”.
Roles and Status of the Project in the Area: Implementation of the project may promote the industrialized development of live pig industry in Luliang County, and invigorate the rural economy. It may create job opportunities, and improve the local farmers’ production technology level. It may increase effective supply of standard and environmentally friendly foods, and enrich the “vegetable basket” of the urban and rural residents.
Brief Introduction to Natural Conditions and Socioeconomic Conditions of the Construction Site: The project site is selected at Luliang Industrial Park, Qingshan Area. Luliang is located in the eastern part of Yunnan Province and the southern part of Qujing City. Its land area is 2,018km2, and it is the largest plateau basin in Yunnan, known as “land of literary documents”, “land of fish and rice” and “land of silk”. The total population of the entire county is 620,000, and the urban area is 14km2, with an urban population of 140,000. The county economy is quite developed, and there is an industrial system with local characteristics, mainly papermaking, printing, building materials, chemical, silk and agricultural produces. It is one of the few counties, cities and districts with favorable investment environment in Yunnan Province.
Construction Content: Meat pig slaughtering, processing, inspection, refrigerating and sales system.
Construction Scale: It is to slaughter 1 million heads of standard meat pig, and process 40,300 tons of high-quality refrigerated, acid removed and cutup pork.
Land to Be Occupied: 100mus.
Construction Period: 1 year.
Brief Description of Process Technology Plan: It is to shower the live pigs before slaughtering, make them losing consciousness with carbon dioxide and release the blood; enters the deskinner to remove the skin, and then enters the hanging line to remove the stomach and intestines, and take samples for inspecting trichina. The qualified pork would be removed the intestine fat and kidneys, and weighed on scale. It is then cooled in the bone removing and cutting up chamber, and processed into related products.
Preparatory Work and Progress of the Project: The project has passed feasibility study, and relevant departments have approved the project.
Supply of Main Raw Materials, Fuels and Other Raw Materials: Luliang County produces 1.5 million heads of live pigs per year, with 0.5 million heads transported to other areas. Presently, there have been over 3,000 households raising over 10,000 heads of quality pigs per year each, constituting sufficient quality raw materials for the operation of the project.
Environmental Impacts of the Project: The main pollutions that may be produced once the project is put into operation include noise to be produced by rotating machines of the processing plant, production and domestic wastewater, waste gas to be produced by the boilers, the manure of the pigpen and contents of the stomachs and intestines of the slaughter house, etc. Through process treatment, there will be no adverse environmental impacts.
Estimated Investment: The total investment of the project will be 149.9999 million RMB, including 94.5333 million RMB fixed assets and 55.4644 million RMB working capital.
Fundraising: It is mainly to invite investors and introduce technologies to construct the project.
Preliminary Analysis about Economic Returns: The annual sales revenue will be 848.2994 million RMB, and the annual net profits will be 28.8223 million RMB. The internal rate of return will be 30%, the rate of return on investment will be 19.21%, and the payback period will be 5.2 years.
