项目单位简介：曲靖市钛业始建于1988年，1995年被评为云南省乡镇企业百强之一，改扩建前注册资金426.1万元，主要经营范围为高钛渣及铁合金系列产品，海绵钛及四氯化钛生产销售。生产厂房3884?，生产期间有员工60人，该厂吸纳了一批对钛工业研究方面既有理论又有实践经验的专家作为技术支持，曾先后组织论证过云南省钛资源开发的相关研究，其中冶金、电气、土建和机械等方面的专家7人，大专以上学历18人，高中、中专、职高33人。2005年以前主要产品为72#硅铁，高钛渣等，2007年初，通过一期技改后，完成年产500吨海绵钛技改项目。
建设规模：利用现有的公用设施，采用串联式联合法生产工艺，建成年产1000吨海绵钛的生产装置（项目分二期建设：一期500吨／年：二期500吨／年）

Industrialized Technological Development of Sponge Titanium

Brief Description of the Project: Industrialized technological development of sponge titanium will be the first one in China to adopt 3t Reducing Oven Series Combination Method to produce sponge titanium, and it will fill in the gap of sponge titanium production in Yunnan Province. In the course of production, it is to use the balanced control feeder technology to reduce and produce sponge titanium, which will improve product quality, and increase efficiency of resource development. The price of titanium concentrate is only 450 ? 520 RMB/mt, but if it is processed and sold as sponge titanium, the value of each ton of product will be increased by more than 400 times.
Brief Introduction to the Project Owner: Titanium Industry Factory of Qujing City, Yunnan Province was established in 1988, and it was appraised as one of the Top 100 town and township enterprises in Yunnan Province. Its registered capital before upgrading and expansion is only 4.261 million RMB, and its main scope of business includes production and sales of high-titanium slag and iron alloy product series, sponge titanium and titanium tetrachloride. The production factory building is 3,884m2, and the staff during the production will be 60. The factory absorbed a group of experts who have theoretical background and practical experiences in the study of titanium industry for technical support, and they have successively organized demonstration of relevant studies about development of titanium resources in Yunnan Province. To be specific, there were 7 experts in metallurgical, electrical, civil engineering and mechanical fields, etc., 18 people had college education background, and 33 people had senior middle school, polytechnic and vocational school education background. The main products before 2005 were 72# Ferro-silicon alloy and high-titanium slag, etc. In early 2007, after Phase I technical renovation, they completed the technical renovation of 500mt/year sponge titanium project.
Construction Scale: It is to take advantage of the existing public utilities, and adopt the series combination method, and build a 1,000mt/year sponge titanium production plant (The project is to be constructed by two phases: 500mt/year in the 1st Phase, and 500mt/year in the 2nd Phase).
